1. Merchandises  must be shipped under the name of Y. Development Cooperation Co., Ltd., otherwise 7% VAT will be charged.

2. Design  The designs which are displayed in the catalogue are owned by Y. Development Cooperation Co., Ltd. And will not exclusively be given to any customer unless a specific agreement is made.        

            2.1 Designs Modification: items can be produced or modified according to the specifications of individual customers with regard to color, design, size and raw materials. If you are interested in developing a new product or adapting an existing one, please contact us.
            2.2 Since most of the products are handicraft items, there may be slight variation in the details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, size, color, etc.) than the picture displayed, and the respective actual products.

3. Sample orders
            3.1 Due to the high demand for samples, the requested samples will be charged based on FOB price.
            3.2 Minimum sample order requirement is 200 USD and we require the full payment prior to the shipment of the sample order.
            3.3 In case of a new sample that is required by a customer, if a new mould has to be made, customer will be charged a minimum of 50 USD. However, it depends on the size and detail of a mould and the costs will rise accordingly.                

4. Price
            Our products are based on FOB (free on board) Bangkok. This includes the expenses of packing, transportation from Chiangmai to Bangkok and documentation for the forwarding formality. All prices are subject to change without prior notification. Please confirm prices, item number, product description and quantities when orders are made.           

5. Minimum order
           Minimum order per shipment is 2,000 USD. If the minimum requirements are not met, a minimum order fee will be charged at USD 60.00 for customs clearance. This fee is subject to change with or without prior notification.
